ArthurASTON-JONESPeacefully at the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital on the 8th June 2025 with his wife and soul mate by his side. Loving husband to Brenda, a much loved dad to Kevin and Heather and like a father figure to Adele and family. He will be greatly missed by all his nephews and nieces and sister in law Susan. Arthur will be sadly missed by all his family, friends and colleagues at the Derby Telegraph where he worked for 44 years.

Funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Monday 14th July at 13.30pm.

Family flowers only but if desired donations to Dementia UK may be made via www.wathalls.co.uk

So sorry to hear a great chap and friend, worked with Arthur and played football with him for Yale Sports, father of the Telegraph composing chapel he will be sadly missed by all who knew him R.I.P.
